About The Role

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying scalable web applications and digital solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across GSC operations. The role works closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, GDA, platform teams and business SMEs to deliver reliable, secure, and maintainable automation products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design & Development

- Design and develop scalable web applications using frontend (React/Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js/.NET/Java).
- Convert business requirements into technical designs, application architecture, and reusable components.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and UI components.
- Implement APIled, eventdriven, and cloudnative architectures where applicable.

2. Testing & Deployment

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and endtoend testing for applications.
- Ensure robust error handling, logging, and monitoring across frontend and backend layers.
- Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Track application performance, uptime, and usage metrics to ensure reliability.

3. Documentation & Compliance

- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, APIs documentation, and release notes.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise security, coding standards, and governance practices.
- Maintain version control (Git), code reviews, and compliance with development best practices.
- Ensure audit-ready logging, traceability, and secure coding practices.

4. Support & Maintenance

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform rootcause analysis for applications.
- Monitor application health using logs, dashboards, and monitoring tools.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.




- Provide postdeployment support and continuous improvements.

5. CrossFunctional Collaboration

- Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analyst, GDA, platform teams and business SMEs.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, retros, and sprint demos.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 58 years of experience in full stack application development.
- Strong experience in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frameworks such as React / Angular / Vue.js.
- Strong knowledge of backend technologies: Node.js / .NET Core / Java Spring Boot / Python (Flask / Django).
- Proficiency in programming languages: JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Python.
- Strong understanding of: REST APIs, microservices architecture, JSON/XML, and web services.
- Experience with databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB/Cosmos DB).
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred / AWS / GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Git, version control, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations, APIs (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI), or intelligent application development optional.
- Exposure to containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, or event-driven architecture.
- Understanding of application security, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and performance optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Soft Skills:

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced, dynamic environment.
