Description:

The Financial Analyst will closely work with the Lead- Finance Analyst to provide accurate and data-based information on the companys profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity. He will research and analyze financial information to help MSH make well-informed decisions, write reports, and monitor financial movements. This position would be reporting to the Lead- Finance & Accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Consolidating and analyzing financial data, considering companys goals and financial standing
- Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
- Assembling and summarizing data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
- Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
- Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis
- Maintains historical records by filing documents
- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
- Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field.

Requirements:





- Minimum Qualification is B.com (Hons.) Graduate (60%)
- Proven 2 to 4 years of working experience as a Finance Analyst
- Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
- Previous bookkeeping experience preferred with experience in Transactional Accounting (AP/ AR/GL).
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (Understanding American accent). Must have work experience in US based company
- Proficiency in MS Word, Advanced Excel & Power-point (Excel: Advance Formulas, Functional Formulas, Logical Formulas, Table, Formatting, Validation, etc.)
- Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
- Outstanding presentation & reporting skills.
- Reconciliation of Accounts (Including BRS & Fixed Asset)
- Creating invoices & expertise in working in accounting software like QB, SAP & IFS
- Preparation of Financial Reports (P&L;, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, AP/AR Aging, OPEX & CAPEX)
- Working experience in QuickBooks must. (SAP or Tally ERP will get advantage).
- Financial report reading and analysis
