- Quantity takeoffs for each operational item (Pilling, Civil Structural, Finishing) for Project
- Preparation of estimates for the main structure as well as subsidiary structures like Site Office, Model Flat etc
- Rate analysis of different extra items which is beyond the scope of BOQ
- Final evaluation of Contractor s Service Provider s final bills of project
- Final certification of Payment Advice for Contractors and Service Providers
- Final checking of reconciliation statement submitted by the contractor
- Giving assistance to Sourcing Department in tracking the Total Billing System
- Preparation of comparative statement from different Quotations, Work Order, Term Sheets, and BOQ of different Contractors for Projects




- Cross checking of the rates submitted by the Contractors in their Quotation by analysis of rate of the relevant item

Skill/knowledge

- Knowledge of construction measurement - Proficiency level 5
- Leadership - Proficiency level 3
- Communication - Proficiency level 4
- Time Management - Proficiency level 5
- Quality conscious - Proficiency level 5

Qualification

- Educational: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil)
- Qualified: AutoCAD / Courses in Quality Control

Experience : 5+ in QS + QE
