- Checking of materials received Gate entries
- Materials delivery by issue slip
- Inspection of the scrap loading
- Maintenance of Bin Cards
- Stock list for purchase of goods
- Filing of stores records and G.R. Bills tally
- Gate entry check-up
- To issue all the materials in the store
- To maintain the register of the materials in store
- To prepare the challans of all the materials issued
- To prepare all the GRNs and attach it as a supporting document with the bills
- To raise indent time to time as per the requirement of materials at site
