Key Responsibility Areas

- Responsible for all legal documents structure/ drafting / execution
- Responsible for legal styling and handling policy of the company
- Drafting of correspondence / notice as may be required
- Coordinate with Law years, Solicitors, Consultants, relating to legal and litigation matters
- Attend court proceedings and maintain records / minutes of the same
- Coordinate and attend document registration with the register
- Coordinate / Supervise / Complete registration formalities, application and other proceedings with various statutory authorities like Promoter Cell, PCB, ULC, LA, Various Govt. Depts., IRD, Factory Dept., Revenue Dept., Land Acquisition Dept., PF, ESI, Shops Establishment, Sales Tax, Excise, Customs etc
- Maintain Library both digital and physical form of legal documents, correspondences etc
- Maintain Library of Law books




- Responsible for renewals various registrations and permissions related to his work domain

Skill/knowledge

- Knowledge of property related statutes legal provisions - Proficiency level 4
- Knowledge and expertise in property related documentation and conveyances - Proficiency level 5
- Conscientiousness and thoroughness - Proficiency level 5
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines - Proficiency level 4
- Information and document management - Proficiency level 4

Qualification

- Educational: LLB
