Job Summary:
As a Junior Architect, you will support the architectural team in designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects. You will work closely with senior architects and project managers to ensure projects meet design specifications, building codes, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design Assistance: Assist in developing design concepts and preliminary drawings for architectural projects.
- Drafting: Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and material lists.
- Model Making: Construct physical and digital models to visualize design concepts and present them to clients and stakeholders.
- Research: Conduct research on materials, building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant information to support project development.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the architectural team, engineers, and other consultants to integrate various aspects of the project.
- Site Visit: Participate in site visits to understand project constraints, verify progress, and ensure compliance with design intent.
- Client Interaction: Assist in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to convey design ideas and gather feedback.
- Technical Support:



Provide technical support and assistance throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to construction administration.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm or design studio.
- Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp) and other design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling software).
- Knowledge: Understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, construction methods, and building codes.
- Communication Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions within the Scope of the project.
