Job Summary:
As a Senior Architect, you will lead the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects from concept through construction. You will oversee project teams, ensure compliance with design and technical standards, and serve as a primary point of contact for clients. This role requires strong design leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality, innovative architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Leadership
Develop and lead architectural design concepts, ensuring creativity, functionality, and alignment with client vision.
Develop design proposals, sketches, and presentation materials prepared by senior team members.
Help in evolution of projects from concept to detailed design.
2. Technical Oversight
Preparation of detailed architectural drawings, plans, and BIM models using CAD software.
Establish and enforce drawing standards, quality benchmarks, and coordination protocols.
Provide solutions to complex design and technical challenges encountered during the project lifecycle.
3. Project Management
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate structural, MEP, and other technical systems.
Lead construction administration activities, including reviewing shop drawings, RFI responses, and site issue resolution.
4. Documentation & Compliance
Ensure all project documentationdesign drawings, specifications, reportsmeets regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Review compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
5. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the architectural representative in client meetings and presentations.
Communicate design intent clearly and effectively; manage client expectations and feedback.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
6. Team Leadership & Mentorship




Help junior architects and designers, providing guidance on design methods, technical skills, and project execution.
Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output.
Foster a collaborative culture within the design team.
7. Site Oversight
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, verify adherence to design intent, and address technical issues.
Coordinate with site teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain project quality.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
Experience:
6+ years of relevant experience in architectural design, planning, and project execution.
Proven experience leading medium to large-scale architectural projects.

Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM workflows.
Strong grasp of construction systems, building technology, and sustainable design.
Experience with design presentation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and 3D visualization software.
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of architectural principles, building codes, development regulations, and construction methodologies.
Strong capability in coordination across various engineering disciplines.
