Job Details

Position: US Marketing Executive / Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)

Employment Type: Full time | Work from Office

Location: Noida Sector 63 (Near Sector 62 Metro Station)

Shift: US Night Shift (7:00 PM 4:00 AM)

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Weekends: Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off

Cab Facility: One-Way Drop (Office to Home)

Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year (Freshers are not eligible)

Salary: Up to 25,000 In-Hand + Lucrative Performance Incentives

Interview Mode: Walk-In / Onsite Only

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business through cold calling, email campaigns, and client outreach in the US market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT & Non-IT positions.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Maintain recruitment databases, pipelines, and daily activity reports.
- Collaborate with internal HR, Sales, and Operations teams to achieve hiring and marketing targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

- Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline)

Experience

- 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in any communication-focused professional environment.
- Experience in US Recruitment, US Marketing, IT Sales, Telecalling, BPO, Client Handling, Business Development, or HR Recruitment will be an added advantage.

- Excellent spoken and written English communication.




- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Confident while interacting with international (US) clients.
- Goal-oriented with a solid desire to achieve targets.
- Highly active, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to stay focused and productive.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment portals or CRM tools is preferred.
- Comfortable working permanent night shifts.
