Role & responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and interactive Spoken English sessions.
- Develop students speaking fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar.
- Identify individual language gaps and provide constructive, personalized feedback.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets and learning materials.
- Deliver personalized feedback and provide learning support to learners.
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to monitor students progress.
- Use digital tools and language-learning platforms to enhance learning.
- Maintain attendance, performance records and student progress reports.
- Collaborate with faculty and placement teams to align communication training with industry and employability requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or any relevant discipline.



Candidates from other academic backgrounds, such as M.Com, B.Com., PGDM, BBA, or equivalent degrees, may also apply, provided they demonstrate excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Relevant certification in English Language Teaching would be an advantage.
