We are looking for an experienced SFCC Functional Consultant to translate business requirements into functional solutions for B2C/B2B storefront implementations. The role involves leading requirement workshops, stakeholder collaboration, Agile delivery, and documentation while working closely with business and technical teams to deliver successful SFCC solutions.

Responsibilities

- Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
- Hands-on experience with B2C/B2B storefront implementations and a valuable understanding of SFCC Business Manager.
- Lead requirement discovery workshops and gather business/user requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare BRD, Functional Specification Documents (FSD), use cases, workflows,



and user stories.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for development teams.
- Work with business, IT, Project Managers, and sponsors to define scope, priorities, and resolve requirement conflicts.
- Analyze requirements for completeness, feasibility, consistency, and business alignment.
- Support preparation and validation of test cases against business requirements.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and project delivery.
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

- B-Tech, M-Tech, MCA.
