Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with solid hands-on knowledge of manufacturing capsules, tablets, powders and liquid products. The candidate must be proficient in production planning, process control, GMP documentation and cGMP audit compliance.

The person will be responsible for managing daily production, manpower, equipment, documentation, quality coordination and audit readiness while ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and according to approved procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage manufacturing of hard-gelatin/HPMC capsules, tablets, powders, sachets and liquid products.
- Plan daily, weekly and monthly production according to sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Supervise dispensing, sifting, blending, granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation, powder filling and liquid processing.
- Ensure correct line clearance, equipment cleaning, reconciliation and yield control.
- Monitor critical process parameters and in-process quality checks.
- Control material movement, wastage, deviations and production losses.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, warehouse, purchase, maintenance and R&D; teams.
- Manage production manpower, shift allocation, training and performance.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration status of production equipment.
- Support process validation, cleaning validation and technology transfer.
- Investigate deviations, non-conformances and out-of-specification production events.
- Implement CAPA and production-process improvements.
- Maintain workplace safety,



hygiene and contamination-control practices.
- Ensure timely completion and release of production documentation.

Audit and Compliance Requirements

- Strong working knowledge of cGMP and applicable nutraceutical regulations
- Capable of independently facing customer, certification and regulatory audits
- Maintain continuous audit readiness of the production department
- Present production records and explain manufacturing controls to auditors
- Close audit observations through root-cause analysis and effective CAPA
- Train production staff on GMP, hygiene, data integrity and documentation practices
- Ensure entries follow ALCOA+ data-integrity principles
- Experience with WHO-GMP, ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000 or relevant dietary-supplement GMP standards is preferred
