Requirements:
- 1 - 4 Years of experience into hands-on Talent Acquisition/ IT Recruitment roles
- Experience into handling staff augmentation requirements for clients.
- Should be comfortable in screening the candidates through various sourcing methods
- Valuable understanding of the IT Terms and Technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative, forward thinkers should be alert, receptive and aggressive.
