Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Agentic AI Manager to lead and oversee our Agentic AI initiatives. With over 8 years of experience, the ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in advanced machine learning technologies, GenAI, and agentic AI frameworks. This role involves the development, implementation, and optimization of large-scale industrial AI architectures, with a keen focus on ethical AI and permission-based data retrieval. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensuring productive AI solution delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions
- Ensure adherence to ethical AI practices and implementation of AI guardrails
- Drive innovation by integrating the latest AI advancements into project solutions
- Document best practices, procedures, and methodologies for team knowledge sharing

Mandatory skill sets

- Comprehensive hands-on knowledge of Python and machine learning models
- Proficiency in deep learning, transformer architectures, and GenAI frameworks like llamaindex and langchain
- Experience with ethical AI practices, Guardrails.AI, and permission-based data retrieval




- Strong understanding of LLMs, SLMs, and parameters, including fine-tuning RAG outputs
- Proven experience in large-scale industrial AI architecture
- Strong understanding of Data Engineering concepts such as ETL, Databricks, and Snowflake
