Key Responsibilities Market Research Growth Intelligence
- Conduct market research across pharmaceutical, healthcare, AdTech, and digital ecosystems
- Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, market gaps, and emerging growth opportunities
- Track competitor activity, product positioning, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies
- Develop market sizing and opportunity analyses

Strategic Initiatives Business Growth
- Support leadership in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities
- Assist in developing strategic growth plans for new products, verticals, and partnerships
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams on growth initiatives
- Translate market insights into actionable recommendations and business strategies

Pitch Narratives Strategic Storytelling
- Develop client-facing presentations, industry POVs, case studies, and market insight decks
- Create compelling strategic narratives and pitch materials
- Support RFP responses, strategic proposals, and leadership presentations

Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, messaging, partnerships, and product innovations
- Build intelligence dashboards and strategic trackers for leadership visibility
- Identify differentiation opportunities and white spaces in the market

Collaboration Execution
- Partner with internal teams to align growth opportunities with product capabilities and market demand
- Participate in brainstorming sessions around GTM strategy, positioning, and market expansion
- Support leadership with ad hoc research, analysis,



and strategic projects

Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent from premium institutes only
- 2 6 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear strategic insights
- Understanding of healthcare/pharma digital ecosystem preferred
- Good experience in using AI tools
