Job Description:

Looking for Immediate Joiner

1. Placement Activities

- Build and maintain relationships with companies for campus placements and internships.
- Arrange campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry visits.
- Liaise with recruiters to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure maximum placement opportunities for students.

2. Training & Skill Development

- Identify student skill gaps and plan relevant training programs.
- Organize soft skills, aptitude, communication, and technical training sessions.
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and resume-building workshops.

3. Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with academic departments and understand student competencies.
- Serve as a point of contact between students, faculty, and recruiters.




- Communicate placement rules, policies, and updates to students.

4. Record Keeping & Reporting

- Maintain updated placement records, student data, and company databases.
- Prepare monthly and annual placement reports.
- Track student progress and training outcomes.

5. Other Responsibilities

- Promote industry collaboration and MoUs.
- Manage internship programs and evaluate student performance.
- Organize seminars, guest lectures, and career counseling sessions.
