Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US customers regarding pending dues.
- Negotiate repayment schedules and settlement plans.
- Update and maintain accurate account information in the system.
- Resolve customer queries and disputes professionally.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 0.6 year of experience in collections/Voice Process.
- Strong communication skills.
Job Location : Noida, sec 62
Travel allowance
Shift: Fixed Shift US EST (Night Shift)
Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday
Compensation: Market-competitive salary + Lucrative Uncapped Incentives
