- Handle inbound calls from clients to generate leads and convert them into potential customers.
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to reach out to current prospects and schedule appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving client queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management team.
