nRole Description
nThis is a full-time in office role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, overseeing project delivery, and identifying opportunities for strategic account growth. The role will involve fostering long-term client relationships, collaborating with internal teams to address client needs, presenting proposals and negotiating contracts, and tracking account performance against key metrics such as engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
