nRole Description
nWe're looking for someone who can lead client relationships end-to-end while also thinking like a social media strategist - not two separate skill sets bolted together, but one person who can sit across the table from a client's senior stakeholders and then walk into a planning meeting with our Art, Copy, and Video teams and speak both languages fluently.
nThis is a full time hybrid role based in Kochi, with one in-person team meetup required each week.



You'll be the primary point of contact for a national brand account with multiple stakeholders, so this role needs someone who's comfortable managing up, managing timelines, and managing a room.

- Client servicing and relationship management, including handling senior stakeholders on a national brand accountn
- Project and timeline management across the agency, keeping multiple workstreams on trackn
- Monthly social media strategy and planning, across static, video, and campaign formatsn
- Coordinating print, shoots, and production alongside social media deliverablesn
- Working closely with Art, Copy, and Video teams to plan and execute campaignsn
- Staying on top of what's current in social media, digital trends, content formats, AI tools, and paid media, and bringing that into strategy conversationsn
- Analyzing campaign performance and translating metrics into next stepsn
