nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Vessel Scheduling & Network Operations to lead a team supporting global vessel scheduling and liner network operations.
nThe role will be responsible for ensuring accurate vessel schedules, voyage and port rotation updates, schedule actualization, berth and cut-off information, SLA adherence, operational quality, stakeholder coordination, and team performance.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day vessel scheduling activities and team workload.n
- Oversee vessel schedules, voyage creation, port rotations, ETB/ETD updates, berth details, cut-off changes, blank sailings, omitted ports, and vessel substitutions.n
- Ensure accuracy of schedule-related data and master data across shipping systems.n
- Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround time, backlog, and SLA performance.n




- Act as the first point of escalation for scheduling discrepancies and operational issues.n
- Coordinate with Network Operations, Cargo Operations, Trade Management, port teams, and other global stakeholders.n
- Drive SOP compliance, process improvements, and automation initiatives.n
- Coach team members, support onboarding, cross-skilling, and performance development.n
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards for management and stakeholder reviews.n

nCandidate Profile
n
- n
- 6–10 years of experience in container shipping, vessel scheduling, liner operations, network operations, or maritime logistics.n
- Minimum 2 years of Team Lead / Supervisory experience.n
- Robust knowledge of vessel scheduling, voyage management, port rotations, berth planning, cut-off management, feeder/mainline operations, and schedule actualization.n
- Experience with FIS/FIS3 or equivalent shipping systems preferred.n
- Strong Excel and reporting skills; Po
