nAbout the Role
nWe're looking for an ERPNext Functional Consultant to lead implementation, configuration, and support of ERPNext for our clients, with solid grounding in accounting principles and confident use of AI tools to boost delivery speed and quality.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Gather business requirements and configure ERPNext modules (Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing ,HRMS as applicable)n
- Set up chart of accounts, cost centers, tax templates, and financial reports (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)n
- Handle month-end/year-end closing support, reconciliations, and GST/TDS or regional tax compliancen
- Train end users and prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and process flowsn




- Troubleshoot functional issues, coordinate with technical/dev team for customizationsn
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, Frappe AI features) to speed up documentation, testing scripts, data analysis, and client communicationn
- Support data migration, UAT, and go-live activitiesn
- Clarity on Go-Live checklistsn
- Design Customisation Solutionsn
- Quality Assurance Testing of the deliverablen
- Support on the functional queriesn

nRequired Skills
n
- n
- 2–3 years hands-on ERPNext/Frappe functional experience (implementation or support)n
- Strong fundamentals in accounting (double-entry bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements)n
- Complete clarity on ERPNext core modules & process flown
- Proven experience and clarity on Go-Live checklists — data validation, UAT sign-off, user access, backups, and cutover planningn
- Basic knowledge of GST compliancen
