nKey Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for learner queries via email, ticketing systems, and other support channels.n
- Coordinate live online sessions, including scheduling, hosting, attendance tracking, recordings, and documentation.n
- Work closely with faculty, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.n
- Maintain learner records, monitor engagement, and prepare weekly reports and dashboards.n
- Manage course delivery activities on the Learning Management System (LMS), including content uploads, assignments, and quality checks.n
- Support learner enrolment, record management,



and lifecycle activities through the ERP system.n
- Coordinate with content and production teams to ensure timely publication of learning resources.n

nPreferred Profile

- n
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A postgraduate qualification in Management, Education, or a related field is an advantage.n
- 1–3 years of experience in Programme Coordination, Academic Operations, Learner Support, Student Success, or Education Administration.n
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.n
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (preferably Open edX) and ERP platforms is preferred.n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.n
