nWe are looking for a Sales Manager – Maharashtra & Goa to drive regional revenue growth, build strategic customer relationships and develop a strong enterprise sales pipeline.
nThe Role
nThe Sales Manager will have end-to-end responsibility for regional sales performance, with a robust focus on new customer acquisition, strategic accounts, CXO engagement, pipeline development, consultative selling and account expansion.
nKey Responsibilities

- Own and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for Maharashtra & Goa.n
- Build and maintain a minimum 3X qualified sales pipeline and ensure healthy current-quarter coverage.n
- Identify and develop target accounts, new customers and business opportunities across the region.n
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, Quality, QA/QC, Manufacturing, IT and Business leaders.n
- Drive new customer acquisition, upselling, cross-selling and account expansion.n
- Adopt consultative and value-based enterprise selling, focusing on customer challenges, business outcomes, ROI and digital transformation.n
- Build a strong professional network and generate opportunities through CXO networking, industry forums, conferences, business meetings and customer events.n
- Work with Presales/Sales Enablement teams on proposals, presentations, quotations, pricing and commercial calculations.n
