- Lead the overall operations of the KPO covering Accounting, Taxation and Compliance services.n
- Manage end-to-end delivery for multiple domestic and international clients.n
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of accountants, tax professionals and reviewers.n
- Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end closing and financial reporting.n
- Supervise tax preparation, tax compliance, GST/TDS and other statutory requirements.n
- Establish and maintain solid SOPs, internal controls, review processes and quality standards.n
- Monitor team productivity, utilization, SLAs, turnaround time and operational performance.n
- Handle key client relationships, escalations, service reviews and process transitions.n
- Ensure timely completion of accounting, tax, audit and compliance deliverables.n
- Drive process improvement, automation and technology adoption to improve efficiency.n
