Job Description Key Responsibilities: n n Supervise and manage cadets' daily routines, discipline, and conduct. n Oversee hostel/house activities, attendance, hygiene, and safety. n Coordinate academic, sports, physical training, and extracurricular activities. n Mentor and guide cadets in discipline, leadership, and personal development. n Coordinate with teachers, wardens, parents, and school administration. n Maintain records, reports, and ensure compliance with school policies. n Handle emergencies and resolve day-to-day student concerns effectively. n Maintain effective communication channels with students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on sports programs, events, and achievements. n n Eligibility: n n Graduate/Postgraduate in any relevant discipline. n 3–5 years of experience in a Sainik School, Military School, Residential/Boarding School, NCC, similar institution preferred. n Solid communication, leadership, discipline, and student-management skills. n Ex force ( army/Navy or Airforce) will Preference n
