Job Description Job Title: Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant Job Summary:n We are seeking an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant & Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementations, manage client engagements, and deliver scalable business solutions using Odoo. The role requires a blend of functional expertise, technical knowledge, and strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:n n Lead complete Odoo ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live.
n Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
n Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
n Gather and analyze business requirements .
n Map business processes to Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
n Work closely with developers for customization and integration.
n Understand Odoo architecture, modules, and workflows.
n Review technical solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
n Manage third-party integrations (APIs, payment gateways, etc.).
n Manage expectations and handle escalations effectively.
n Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement plans.
n Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
n Maintain quality control across deliverables.
n Key Requirements:n n Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
n ERP Certification (Preferred)
n 6–10+ years of experience in ERP/Odoo implementation
n Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
n Robust exposure to both functional and technical aspects of Odoo :
n Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and ERP workflows
n Basic understanding of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework
n Excellent project management and organizational skills
n Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
n Project delivery within timeline and budget
n Successful go-live rate
n Issue resolution turnaround time
