n Accounts Manager | CA Inter/CA Qualified Only
n We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with robust expertise in Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Statutory Compliance, MIS Reporting, and Team Leadership.




n Eligibility: CA Inter or CA-qualified candidates only. Candidates without CA Inter/CA qualification will not be considered.

n n B.Com/M.Com + CA Inter or CA qualification – Mandatory
n Candidates with B.Com/M.Com without CA Inter/CA qualification will not be considered.

n Key Responsibilities
n Accounts Receivable & Credit Control
n n Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and collection processes.
n Monitor customer outstanding balances and ensure timely collections.
n Review debtor ageing reports and implement effective collection strategies.
n Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.
n Perform customer account reconciliations and manage credit control activities.
n Support working capital optimization and cash flow management.
n n Accounting & Finance Operations
n n Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
n Manage General Ledger, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and financial closures.
n Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
n Maintain financial records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.




n n Financial Reporting & MIS
n n Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS and financial reports.
n Generate cash flow reports, receivable analysis, and management dashboards.
n Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
n Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
n n Statutory Compliance & Audit
n n Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
n Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors.
n Ensure timely filing of returns and maintenance of compliance documentation.
n n Team Management & Process Improvement
n n Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts team.
n Strengthen internal controls, accounting procedures, and reporting systems.
n Drive automation, efficiency improvements, and best practices across finance operations.

n Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Statutory Compliance, MIS & Financial Reporting.
n SAP ERP – Mandatory, with good knowledge of MS Excel and other ERP systems.
n Strong experience in Audit Coordination, Cash Flow & Working Capital Management.
n CA-qualified candidates will be preferred.
