n wn Lead Engagement & Sales Conversion
n
- n
- Connect with leads generated through Meta, Google, Justdial, organic channels, and other sourcesn
- Have meaningful, consultative conversations to understand learner needs, interests, and goalsn
- Recommend the right music programs and encourage prospects to visit the centren




- Schedule trial classes and centre visits based on teacher availability and batch calendarn
- Follow up consistently and convert bookings into actual visits and enrolmentn
- Own key funnel metrics such a s Lead-to-Booking % and Booking-to-Visit n

n%. Learner Counselling & Onboarding

- Welcome learners and parents visiting the centresn
- Understand their requirements, availability, and course preferencesn
- Guide them towards the most suitable program and batchn
- Coordinate with teachers and the Centre Head to ensure a smooth onboarding experiencn

n e. CRM & Performance Management

- Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up records in the CRMn
- Track daily activities, conversions, and funnel performancen
- Ensure strong follow-up discipline and timely movement of leads through the sales funneln
