nEvery day, we create and distribute hundreds of creatives across multiple languages, formats, creators, and channels. To make this scale possible, we need someone who can bring structure, speed, and efficiency to our content ecosystem.
nAs a Content Operations Manager, you will build and manage the systems that power our creative engine. You'll collaborate closely with strategists, scriptwriters, editors, creators, freelancers, and performance marketers to ensure the right content reaches the right audience, at the right time.
nThis role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience who enjoys solving operational challenges, working with creative teams, and building scalable processes in a fast-growing consumer startup.
nWhat You'll Do

- Own the day-to-day operations of the content team.n
- Plan and manage creative production calendars.n
- Coordinate across strategists, scriptwriters, editors, creators, and performance teams.n
- Track every creative asset from brief to final delivery.n




- Manage timelines and proactively remove execution bottlenecks.n
- Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, SOPs, and workflows.n
- Manage freelancer onboarding, assignments, and payments.n
- Ensure all assets are properly organized, versioned, and delivered.n
- Partner with Performance Marketing teams to prioritize high-impact requests.n
- Improve workflows through AI tools, automation, and documentation.n
- Identify gaps in production processes and continuously improve efficiency.n
- Help scale content operations across multiple languages and markets.n

nWhat We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in Content Operations, Creative Operations, Project Management, or Production.n
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.n
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.n
- Experience with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, o
