- Team & Revenue Ownershipn

- Own daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets for the sales team.n
- Drive enrollments through hands-on coaching, live call audits, and deal closures.n
- Actively participate in high-value or stuck closures to unblock revenue.n

n 2. Team Management & Coaching
n
- n
- Manage a team of 8-15 BDAs/Sr.BDAs (size may scale).n
- Conduct daily huddles, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins.n
- Coach team members on: Discovery & needs analysis, Objection handling, Program positioning, Closing techniquesn
- Identify low performers early and create explicit improvement plans.n

n 3. Funnel & Process Discipline

- Ensure strict adherence to the sales funnel: Lead assignment → Counselling → Demo → Follow-ups → Closuren
- Track and improve conversion metrics at every stage.n
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene across the team and ensure timely follow-ups.n

n 4. Feedback & Cross-functional Collaboration

- Share regular feedback on: Lead quality, Marketing alignment, Program objections & market signalsn
- Work closely with marketing, ops, and product teams to improve outcomes.n

nRequirements

- n
- 3-4 years of B2C EdTech sales experience with Telugu language proficiency.n
- Proven history of consistent target achievement (individual + team).n
- Experience in pitching to college students and gr
