M-A Architects is a design-led architectural and planning practice with over 30 years of professional experience, delivering projects across diverse scales and typologies—ranging from institutional campuses, housing, hospitality, and urban master plans to socially responsive and context-driven architecture. Observing the dynamic shifts in the built environment, we prioritize ecological stewardship and community well-being in our design process. This has shaped a flexible approach that responds to the unique challenges and opportunities of each project. At M-A Architects, we believe architecture is a collaborative pursuit. The team is led by the founding partners, Sharad Maithel, Sangeeta Maithel & Studio Principals, supported by a dedicated design team comprising of 60+ members which includes Senior Associates, Associates, Project Architects, Senior Architects, Architectural and Technical Team.



It remains a key policy of the firm not to maintain a permanent in-house team of specialists and engineers. Instead, m-a strategically curates and coordinates project-specific teams based on the context, scale, and technical requirements of each assignment—ensuring precision, efficiency, and the highest standards of design and delivery.
