nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a Business Development Executive to guide and convert prospective learners into enrolled students through consultative counselling and relationship-driven sales.
nKey Responsibilities
n· Connect hot leads via calls, WhatsApp and email using CRM tool
n· Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses
n· Deliver clear and persuasive course counselling
n· Handle queries and objections with a solution-oriented approach




n· Drive enrolments through structured follow-ups
n· Maintain accurate records in CRM
n· Manage admissions pipeline and ensure timely conversions
n· Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
n· Achieving monthly revenue and enrolment targets
nDesired Candidate Profile Experience:
n· 1–4 years in EdTech / Education Sales / Academic Counselling (B2C preferred)
nSkills
n· Strong communication in Hindi & English
n· Ability to simplify and explain spiritual/complex concepts
n· Strong persuasion, objection handling, and closing skills
n· Target-oriented with a consultative sales approach
