nAs we scale our advisory and finance practice, we are looking for a CA Team Lead who can take ownership of client delivery, lead the finance team, and work closely with founders and senior management to deliver high-quality financial and advisory solutions.
Role OverviewnThe CA Team Lead will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, reviewing financial and accounting work, ensuring statutory compliance, overseeing MIS and reporting, and guiding the internal finance team.
nThe ideal candidate should have robust technical accounting and taxation knowledge, excellent client-management skills,



and the ability to independently handle complex finance requirements while building and mentoring a high-performing team.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Finance Managementn

- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting requirements for multiple clients.n
- Act as the primary finance point of contact for assigned clients.n
- Review books of accounts, reconciliations, ledgers, and financial statements.n
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.n
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports.n
- Identify financial discrepancies, process gaps, and areas for improvement.n
- Provide actionable financial insights to founders and management.n

Taxation & Compliancen
- n
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC/MCA, and other applicable statutory compliances.n
- Review GST returns, TDS workings, tax computations, and related filings.n
