nWolfable is looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, optimise, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple industries and markets.
nYou will work across platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing campaigns for clients in sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, qualified services, and other B2B and B2C businesses.
nThis role is not just about running ads. We are looking for someone who understands the complete performance journey, from audience and keyword research to creative strategy, landing page experience, conversion tracking, optimisation, and reporting.
nSuccess in this role means consistently improving campaign performance, generating quality leads, identifying opportunities, and communicating actionable insights to the internal team.

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaignsn
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, Lead Generation, and Conversion campaignsn
- Conduct keyword, competitor, audience, and market researchn




- Develop campaign structures based on client objectives and target audiencesn
- Monitor and optimise CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and other performance metricsn
- Analyse lead quality rather than focusing only on the number of leads generatedn
- Work closely with designers and content teams to develop performance focused ad creatives and copyn
- Recommend improvements to landing pages and conversion journeysn
- Set up and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion trackingn
- Build remarketing and retargeting audiencesn
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, messaging, audiences, and campaign strategiesn
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently across multiple client accountsn
- Prepare clear monthly performance reports with insights and recommendationsn
- Identify underperforming campaigns early and proactively recommend solutionsn
