nWe're hiring a Social Media Manager to run our high-volume short-form clip operation for brand campaigns and the brand social presence—account health, trend-catching, multi-platform cadence—at the scale of a multi-brand content and distribution engine. You own the engine's first revenue line: clipping campaigns fund the rest of the operation,



so account survival and clean output are non-negotiable.
nAbout the Role
nYou own the high-volume short-form clip operation for brand campaigns and the brand social presence across our properties. You lead a team of junior social media specialists. You report to the Marketing Manager.
nWhat You'll Do
n• Own the high-volume short-form clip operation output quality: hook verification, VFX/SFX polish, cover frame, caption correction
n• Own the brand social's full cadence across all brand social properties
n• Run account-health checks across the brand's social properties every morning (the first hour of every day)
n• Catch trends within 24-48 hours and ship a replication
n• Coach the junior social media specialists through weekly 1:1s
n• Test current clip tools and platform features within the week they drop
n• Report quality + throughput + account health to the Marketing Manager monthly
