nWe're looking for a proactive Business Operations & Sales Coordinator to work directly with the founder, manage our sales pipeline, coordinate client communication, and support day-to-day business operations.
nThis isn't a routine operations role—it's a high-visibility position where you'll gain hands-on experience working closely with leadership while contributing to the growth of a fast-scaling digital marketing agency.
nWhat You'll Own

- End-to-end lead and client pipeline management.n
- Qualifying inbound leads and scheduling appointments.n
- Following up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email.n
- Executing our sales qualification and follow-up process.n
- Client relationship management for our healthcare partners.n
- CRM management and maintaining accurate lead records.n




- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.n
- Supporting hiring coordination and day-to-day business operations.n

nWho We're Looking For

- n
- 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Sales Coordination, Client Servicing, Telecalling, or Business Development.n
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).n
- Strong communication skills in Hindi.n
- Highly organized and process-oriented.n
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace and CRM software.n
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.n
- Someone who takes ownership and follows through on responsibilities.n
