Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate Director – Sports & Discipline to strengthen the school's sports, physical fitness, discipline, and student-development ecosystem.
The role will be responsible for developing a strong culture of fitness, discipline, leadership, teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship among students and cadets.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist school leadership in developing and implementing the overall sports, physical fitness, and discipline framework.
- Plan and manage annual sports calendars, training schedules, fitness programs, competitions, and physical development activities.




- Identify and nurture sporting talent and support students preparing for district, state, and national-level competitions.
- Supervise coaches, PE faculty, sports staff, and related support teams.
- Monitor student discipline across sports, residential, academic, and extracurricular activities.
- Develop and implement structured physical training and fitness routines for students.
- Promote a strong culture of punctuality, discipline, teamwork, leadership, and responsibility.
- Organize inter-house, inter-school, and major sports and fitness events.
- Monitor student performance, discipline, fitness levels, and overall development.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of sports facilities, equipment, and training areas.
- Maintain sports, fitness, discipline, and student-performance records.
- Coordinate with the Principal, teachers, hostel/residential teams, coaches, and other departments.
- Support student leadership and character-build
