nAs the first Technical Account Manager at Adaptive, you'll own the technical relationship with our enterprise customers post-sale and help build the foundation for how we manage and grow customer accounts as we scale.
nYou'll work directly with DevOps, Security, SRE, and Engineering teams to deploy, operationalize, and expand Adaptive across complex production environments. You'll be hands-on with infrastructure, troubleshoot real technical problems, and become a trusted technical partner to our customers.
nYou'll directly influence adoption, expansion, retention, and long-term customer success, while helping define the processes, playbooks, and best practices for the TAM function at Adaptive.

What you'll don

- Own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customersn
- Lead customer onboarding and deployments across cloud infrastructure, databases, VMs, and Kubernetesn
- Work hands-on with DevOps, SRE, Security, and Engineering teams in production environmentsn
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer's architecture, security requirements, and infrastructuren
- Troubleshoot issues across IAM, networking, authentication, databases, secrets, and access workflowsn
- Own technical escalations and work closely with Adaptive's engineering team to drive issues through resolutionn
- Drive product adoption and measurable secur
