nA good eye for aesthetics, fonts, layouts, and everything design.
nA self-starter, with the ability to juggle multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining high standards and consistency with rigorous attention to detail.
nAn ability for storytelling to engage an audience effectively, often with limited resources and primarily through designs.
nA strong point of view, and an ability to articulate and back up your decisions.
