nLeaders must have managed P&C; insurance delivery for any or all area such as Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Actuarial etc.
nClient Service Delivery:

- Lead end-to-end delivery management for multiple clients across global regions, including USA, Europe, APAC, China, and Japan.n
- Implement robust governance frameworks to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance with operational standards.n
- Drive metrics-based performance management and proactive risk mitigation strategies.n
- Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.n
nBusiness Development

- Formulate strategic account plans leveraging current footprint, capabilities, and partnerships.n
- Identify opportunities for AI adoption and align solutions with customer priorities and competitive landscape.n
- Structure deals and articulate value propositions addressing client pain points and strategic objectives.n
- Establish Centers of Excellence and build strategic alliances to unlock recent revenue streams.n
nCustomer Relationship Management:
