Job Description Position: - Assistant Manager / Manager Corporate – Sales
n Reporting to: - Senior General Manager – Sales
n

n Experience: - 5 years & more in Hotel Sales
n Education: MBA /Graduate/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
n

n Job location: - Saket, New Delhi
n

n RESPONSIBLE FOR:
n n Have transparent understanding of the hotels business strategies; then set goals and determine action plans to meet goals.
n Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
n Responsible for contracting with Corporate, MICEs and Travel Agent for the hotel & restaurant sales.
n Conduct daily sales calls, establish communication, and develop professional long term business relationships with customers/ clients.
n Provide the highest quality of service to the customers at all time.
n Participate in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.




n Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
n Participate in key industry events that bring national and local exposure.
n Develop and maintain effective communication channels.
n Coordinate & communicate with sales and other operating departments of the hotel to assure awareness of booking and sales programs.
n Preparing daily/ monthly sales report, other reports as required by the Management.
n Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.

n Desired Skills and Experience
n n Excellent communication skills – oral and written
n Excellent networking, negotiation and presentation skills required.
n Must be a skilled leader, have strong organizational skills, and have thorough knowledge and understanding of hotel operations & south Delhi market is must.
