nPosition: Business Development Executive
nWe are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive whose primary responsibility will be to call potential clients, qualify leads, follow up consistently, and generate meetings for the agency.
nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable making a high volume of calls, and understands that follow-up is where business actually happens.
nYou will be the first point of contact between We Are Purple Cow and potential clients.
nKey Responsibilities
nMake daily outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases.




nConnect with founders, business owners, marketing heads, brand managers, and decision-makers.
nUnderstand the prospect's business requirements and identify potential opportunities.
nIntroduce We Are Purple Cow and communicate our services clearly.
nQualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.
nFollow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
nSchedule meetings between qualified prospects and the senior business/creative team.
nMaintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.
nBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
nReconnect with old, inactive, and missed leads to generate recent opportunities.
nWork closely with the Business Development and Creative teams to move qualified leads forward.
nAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and meeting-generation targets.
