We are expanding our core design team and looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect who can lead premium residential projects with creativity, detail, and strong technical command.

Position Overview
This role is ideal for a Seasoned Architect with deep experience in luxury bungalows, villas, private residences, and high-end custom homes.
The position is office-based,



requiring full-time presence to collaborate closely with the design team, project engineers, and company founders.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Design Leadership
- Lead end-to-end architectural design for luxury bungalows, villas, and premium residences.
- Develop conceptual drawings, design themes, zoning plans, and design language for each project.
- Work on customized designs tailored to high-end clients’ lifestyle needs.

2. Technical Expertise
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings:
- Working drawings
- GFC (Good for Construction) sets
- Sections, elevations, joinery & staircase details
- Electrical & plumbing coordination
- Ensure drawings comply with local building bye-laws, seismic guidelines, and construction safety standards.

3. Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with site engineers and supervisors for technical clarifications.
- Attend project review meetings and resolve site-level drawing conflic
