Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to lead architectural and interior design projects at our Mumbai studio. The ideal candidate will have strong design leadership skills, the ability to manage client relationships, and hands-on experience in supervising project execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and execution of architectural and interior projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with our team in Sri Lanka to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements, present design concepts, and maintain solid professional relationships.
• Oversee site supervision, ensuring design quality and timely completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors,
and vendors for seamless project delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior designers/architects within the studio.
- Responsible for business development and revenue generation.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and execution capabilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects independently.
