Role Overviewn The CA Team Lead will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, reviewing financial and accounting work, ensuring statutory compliance, overseeing MIS and reporting, and guiding the internal finance team. n The ideal candidate should have strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge, excellent client-management skills, and the ability to independently handle complex finance requirements while building and mentoring a high-performing team. Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Finance Managementn n Manage end-to-end finance and accounting requirements for multiple clients. n Act as the primary finance point of contact for assigned clients. n Review books of accounts, reconciliations, ledgers, and financial statements. n Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. n Ensure timely and accurate preparation of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports. n Identify financial discrepancies, process gaps, and areas for improvement. n Provide actionable financial insights to founders and management. n Taxation & Compliancen n Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC/MCA, and other applicable statutory compliances. n Review GST returns, TDS workings, tax computations, and related filings. n Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities where required.



n Ensure clients remain compliant with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements. n Support audits, due diligence, financial reviews, and other advisory assignments. n Team Leadershipn n Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accountants and finance executives. n Allocate client work and monitor deliverables, deadlines, and quality. n Review and approve work prepared by team members. n Establish SOPs and quality-control processes across client accounts. n Train team members on accounting, compliance, reporting, and client communication. n Take ownership of team performance and delivery standards. n Advisory & Business Supportn n Work closely with founders/CXOs to understand their financial requirements. n Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and working-capital management. n Assist clients with financial planning and business decision-making. n Identify opportunities for process automation and technology adoption. n Support implementation and optimisation of platforms such as Zoho Books, Zoho Finance Suite, Tally, and other accounting/ERP systems. n Contribute to Virtual CFO and strategic finance engagements. n Client Relationship Managementn n Build strong and long-term relationships with clients. n Conduct regular finance review meetings with clients. n Communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders. n Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client concerns. n Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and confidentiality. n What We Are Looking Forn n Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). n 5–8+ years of relevant post-qualification experience. n Strong experience in accounting, taxation, compliance, MIS, and financial reporting.



n Prior experience managing a finance/accounting team is preferred. n Experience handling multiple clients or working in a CA firm, consulting firm, Virtual CFO setup, or finance advisory environment will be an advantage. n Strong understanding of Indian accounting and taxation practices. n Excellent command of Excel/Google Sheets and financial reporting. n Experience with Zoho Books, Tally, ERP systems, or other accounting software is preferred. n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. n Excellent written and verbal communication. n Ability to independently manage priorities and meet strict deadlines. n Strong ownership mindset with a client-first approach. n Preferred Experiencen Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred: n n Virtual CFO / Fractional CFO services n Startup and SME advisory n Client accounting and finance outsourcing n Financial MIS and management reporting n GST, TDS and direct taxation n Financial planning & analysis n Fundraising / investor reporting n Due diligence n ERP/accounting software implementation n Team management and client relationship management n Compensationn Expected CTC: ₹15–25 LPA n Compensation will be based on experience, technical expertise, client-handling capabilities, leadership experience, and overall fit for the role. n Performance-linked incentives may be offered based on role and experience.
