Company Introduction:

AAVAS FINANCIERS LIMITED was incorporated as a private limited Company in Jaipur, Rajasthan, under the Companies Act, 1956 on February 23, 2011. It formally started its operations in March 2012.

In January, 2013 the Company was converted from Private Limited to Public Limited Company. In March 2017, the name of the Company was changed to AAVAS FINANCIERS LIMITED" vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation (COI) dated 29th March 2017. In October 2018, the Company got listed on BSE and NSE.

AAVAS is engaged in the business of providing housing loans, primarily, in the un-served and un-reached markets which include the States of Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Odisha, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Currently, we are operating in 15 states/union territories with a total of 438 branches.

Role - Regional Talent Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage 30-60-90 day onboarding tracker for recent joiners, ensuring data accuracy, productivity monitoring, stakeholder visits, and identification of at-risk employees.
- Monitor low productivity,



0-login, and performance drop cases, conduct employee-manager connect sessions, track interventions, and drive productivity improvement actions.
- Track attrition, resignations, and LWDs, ensure timely employee outreach, drive retention interventions, and analyze attrition trends.
- Maintain and govern the Retention Tracker, ensuring accurate case documentation, risk assessment, action tracking, and management reporting.
- Lead high performer retention initiatives, including escalation management, retention discussions, and exit trend analysis.
- Drive Branch Head engagement programs through regular connects, support discussions, and engagement coverage tracking.
- Plan and execute branch visits, focusing on high attrition, low productivity, and new leadership locations to strengthen employee engagement and business support.
- Publish regular MIS, insights, and recommendations on onboarding effectiveness, productivity, retention, attrition trends, and employee engagement outcomes.
