- Hands-on exposure to Power Generation Systems (Start-up and Distribution) with capacity of 3000 kW and above.
- Strong knowledge of operation and maintenance of utilities.
- Experience working in a team environment and handling shift operations.
- Must have knowledge of root cause analysis of failures.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems.
- Troubleshooting of various systems.
- Valuable knowledge of Water System, including documentation like SOP, deviation, CAPA, risk assessment, etc.
- Good understanding of equipment validation and qualification.
- Basic knowledge of working documentation.
- Exposure to regulatory audits like USFDA, EDQM, etc.
