About Us

A.M. Masterbatch Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing manufacturer of White, Black, Colour and Additive Masterbatches, serving the plastic processing industry across India and export markets. With modern twin-screw extrusion lines, an in-house Colour Matching Laboratory, a fully equipped Quality Control setup and SAP-driven operations across Production, PPC, Stores, Sales and Accounts, we are building a plant and a commercial team that can scale with us for the next decade.

We are expanding capacity at our Naroda Road, Ahmedabad and Kathlal, Kheda units and are hiring 100 positions across 30+ designations from shop-floor helpers to Works Manager, and from Trainee Colour Matcher to Development Head.

Our priority requirement is Colour Matching and Masterbatch Development / Formulation talent junior to head level. If you have matched shades on a spectrophotometer or built a masterbatch formulation that ran clean on a customer's line, we want to speak to you first.

We are also actively hiring CIPET candidates. Final year students and fresh pass-outs of CIPET (DPT, PDPT, DPMT, PGD-PPT, B.Tech / M.Tech Plastic Engineering) and other Plastic / Polymer Technology institutes are strongly encouraged to apply. Masterbatch is one of the few segments where your syllabus — extrusion, compounding, rheology, testing, colour — is used on the floor from day one.

Scope of work: Shade matching against customer samples, Pantone and RAL references on visual and instrumental basis. Spectrophotometer and Computer Colour Matching operation — Datacolor, X-Rite, Konica Minolta or equivalent. Shade library and pigment database management. Delta E, metamerism, opacity, tinting strength and dispersion evaluation. Formulation development for White, Black, Colour and Additive Masterbatches across PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, PS, ABS, PET and engineering polymers. Carrier resin selection, pigment and filler loading, dispersing agents, waxes, processing aids and additive systems including UV, AO, slip, anti-block, antistat and optical brightener. Lab twin-screw trials, scale-up to production, let-down ratio optimisation and troubleshooting of dispersion, screen pack pressure and die build-up. Customer trial support along with the technical sales team. Cost reduction and reformulation projects. TDS, MSDS, BOM and trial documentation in SAP.

Who We Are Looking For

Experienced candidates from the Masterbatch, Colour Concentrate, Compounding, Additive, Pigment, Polymer or Plastic Processing industry will be given explicit preference across Colour Lab, R&D;, Production, QC and Sales roles. CIPET final-year students and freshers with Plastic / Polymer education are equally welcome — we run a dedicated trainee intake with structured on-the-job training. Working knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage for Accounts, Stores, PPC, Purchase, Dispatch and Sales Coordination roles. For Helper and Operator positions, candidates willing to work in rotational shifts on the shop floor are welcome.

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent (Trainee roles on training contract, confirmation on performance)
Working Days: 6 days a week | Production roles in rotational shifts
Salary: Best in industry — no bar for the right candidate. Stipend with PF / ESIC for trainees. Bonus, Gratuity and Leave as per statute.
