To Generate sales.

Maintain existing and establish new business relationships by visiting customers.

Deal with and respond to customers inquiries, complaints and offer technical support and after-sales service.

Search for and generate recent business by approaching underserved industries / geographical areas within the territory.

Manage and maintain SAP CRM data such as Business Partners, DCIDs and PrDs.

Timely, thorough and clear reporting to the superior, in line with the established procedures, using the standardized templates:

Visit Reports b) Expense Reports c) Quarterly Reports etc.

Timely collection and follow-up of all outstanding payments (AR).

Work and act according to ISO 9001 standards.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director - Sales and Service or Managing Director.
