JOB SUMMARY
Neuron Power LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for its MPP-SH capacitor manufacturing business.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing OEM and institutional customers, supporting distributors and dealers, managing sales enquiries, preparing techno-commercial offers and ensuring regular follow-up from enquiry generation through order execution and payment collection.
Relevant sales experience in the capacitor industry is mandatory. The candidate must possess strong technical knowledge of capacitors, their applications, manufacturing systems and commercial sales processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the capacitor market.
- Generate business from OEMs, distributors, dealers, panel manufacturers and institutional customers.
- Promote MPP-SH capacitors used in fans, motors, pumps, air conditioners, washing machines, coolers, submersible panels and power-factor-correction applications.
- Conduct regular market visits and develop business across assigned territories.
- Identify prospective customers through market research, industry references, exhibitions, digital platforms and direct visits.
- Understand customer applications, technical specifications, annual requirements and commercial expectations.
- Coordinate with Technical, Quality and Production teams for product selection and feasibility.
- Prepare quotations, techno-commercial offers, product presentations and proposals.
- Maintain regular follow-up on enquiries, quotations, samples, approvals and purchase orders.
- Coordinate sample development, submission, testing, technical approval and vendor registration.
- Negotiate prices, commercial terms, delivery schedules and payment terms within approved company policies.
- Convert enquiries and quotations into confirmed orders.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage OEM, distributor, dealer and institutional accounts.
- Appoint new distributors and dealers in accordance with the companys market-expansion strategy.
- Support channel partners through regular visits, product training and business reviews.
- Maintain strong relationships with purchase, quality, engineering and management teams at customer organisations.
- Coordinate internally for order processing, production planning, dispatch and customer documentation.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely execution and delivery.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collection from customers.
- Maintain customer-wise credit control within approved commercial terms.
- Prepare daily visit reports, enquiry reports, quotation trackers, order forecasts and sales MIS.
- Maintain accurate customer, lead, quotation and follow-up records in the CRM/ERP system.
- Analyse competitor products, prices, market positioning and channel activities.
- Provide market feedback regarding demand, pricing, customer expectations and new-product opportunities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, customer meetings and industry events.
- Support digital campaigns, product launches, catalogues and other marketing activities.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate their timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s pricing, credit, documentation and reporting systems.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering; or
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
- Sales experience in the capacitor manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Experience in MPP-SH capacitors, electrical components, motors, fans, pumps, air conditioners or related OEM markets will be preferred.
- The candidate should have handled OEM, distributor, dealer or institutional sales.
- Candidates without relevant capacitor-industry exposure may not be considered.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of MPP-SH capacitors and their industrial and consumer applications.
- Understanding of capacitance, voltage rating, tolerance, frequency, safety class and product specifications.
- Familiarity with motor-run, fan, air-conditioner, washing-machine, pump and power-factor-correction capacitors.
- Ability to understand customer drawings, specifications and technical requirements.
- Knowledge of the OEM product-approval and vendor-registration process.
- Understanding of enquiries, quotations, costing, order processing, dispatch and payment follow-up.
- Knowledge of distributor and dealer network development.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and structured sales processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, email communication and sales reporting.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Male candidate with at least 3 years of relevant experience in capacitor sales and marketing.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Must have an existing understanding of the capacitor market, customers and applications.
- Must understand structured sales systems, CRM processes and commercial documentation.
- Candidates having existing relationships with OEMs, distributors, dealers, fan manufacturers, motor manufacturers, pump manufacturers or appliance manufacturers will be preferred.
- Should possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel extensively.
- Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Kundli, Sonipat, Delhi-NCR or nearby areas will be preferred.

COMPENSATION
Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, relevant capacitor-industry experience, existing customer network, technical competency and current compensation. Performance-based incentives may be offered as per company policy.
